Which delivery company are you using ?

 

The courier used depends on the destination country of your package. For example, we currently offer DHL shipping for deliveries to Sweden. Once you place an order and enter your address details, the available courier options will be displayed.

We offer two shipping methods:

• Tracked shipping: insured delivery with tracking. If your package is lost, we will reship it after 15 days.
• Untracked shipping: no tracking available. In this case, we cannot verify delivery, so lost packages are not eligible for reshipment. Delivery typically takes 5–7 days.

Please note that we only ship to a limited list of countries. This list is shown when you enter your address during the checkout process.

 

 

Can I order a bulk quantity of X product ?

 

We can offer BULK quantities of specific products which will be shipped directly from our supplier in China. Get in contact by mail (admin@chemscity.nl) if you want further informations. We will give you a tracking number from 4PX ( our Chinese shipping service).

 

 

Do you offer free sample ?

If you are a long term client (or if you are making an order that's >100euros), you can ask for a sample.
