Q : Which delivery company are you using ?

A : We offer many shipping options : DHL (Express & Standard), Correos & UPS (Standard only). The courrier depends on the country of destination of the package (for example, we only ship offer DHL for packages that are sent to Sweden).

We only ship to a restricted list of country (this list is avaiable when you have to input your address after placing an order).

Q : Can I track my package ? How long does it takes to reach me?

We always include tracking FOR FREE ! If your package is sent to a country in the European Union, it will reach you in 3-4 days. We also send orders to North America where it usually get delivered in 6 days.

If you don't want your order to be tracked, send us a mail at : admin@chemscity.nl. We will not reship order which are not tracked ! We offer reship if your parcel get stuck/disappear on tracking.

We can offer BULK quantities of specific products which will be shipped directly from our supplier in China. Get in contact by mail (admin@chemscity.nl) if you want further informations. We will give you a tracking number from 4PX ( our Chinese shipping service).
